One of the most important decisions an entrepreneur can make is to determine the physical location of the enterprise. Each enterprise has its own ideal place. The place of establishment must contribute to the optimal performance of the enterprise because the enterprise function according to the economic principle (profit) and the economic motive (need satisfaction). The place of establishment may be defined as that specific place or building where the enterprise is established and which is chosen so that the resources and activities of the enterprise can be maximized. There are various proposed scientific theories by different authors which address the question of establishment. You should benefit by researching these theories yourself. In the article that follows we focus on establishment theorie, and a short discussion on establishment factors. |
