Abstract:
In certain parts of the world, especially in a
developing country such as South Africa, the
determinant of either project failure or success is
found in the quality of decisions and actions. In
particular, project team decisions often lead to
poor project performance. The procedure used to
make project decisions has come under scrutiny
on many occasions, especially in relation to
concrete work. The purpose of this study to report
on how to reduce the manifestation of poor
decisions that always produce defects and rework
in concrete tasks.
